HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01012003 - 2003-073 ' 5 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on Februrary r4, 2003 by the following vote: AYES: sr»isoR GIoIA, mim4A, moves & Deesmmm NOES: ABSENT: tw ABSTAIN: simmsm mm IN THE BARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA SUBJECT: In the Matter of Amending Resolution No 2002/508 } Reorganizing Certain Functions and Responsibilities ) Within the County Administrator's Office } RESOLUTION NO. 20031 73 THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in its capacity as governing Board of the County of Contra Costa and all districts of which it is ex-officio governing Board RESOLVES THAT: WHEREAS, a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) was provided to represented classes and unrepresented management classes effective October 1, 2002; and WHEREAS, said COLA adjustment was not provided for the class of Special Assistant to the County Administrator-Exempt in Resolution 2002/508 adopted on September 10, 2002; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: Resolution No. 2002/508 (3) and (4) are amended to read as follows: (3) Effective January 1, 2003, the class of Director of Institute of Policy and Innovation-Exempt (5AA2) is reallocated on the salary schedule to salary level M50 2635 (Steps 6 through 10); (4) The class of Special Assistant to the County Administrator-Exempt is established effective January 1, 2003, and is allocated on the salary schedule to salary level M50 2635 (Steps 6 through 10).
