Santoyo. Marsh Creek Vista Development (19-63-14) [CP2003-14] Brentwood area Project No. 4500-6X5489. The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT: This Board on February 11, 2003, passed Resolution of Intention No. 2003/97 and Notice fixing March 4, 2003, at 9:30 A.M. in its Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place where it would meet to consummate the purchase of the real property described therein from Martin and Maria Santoyo, for the purpose of maintaining affordability of homes in the Marsh Creek Vista Sweat Equity Housing Project for affordable housing (Brentwood area). Said Resolution was duly published in the Contra Costa Times in compliance with Govt. Code Section 6063. The Board hereby exercises its option and consummates Said purchase in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Buyers Purchase Agreement For Affordable Units, Marsh Creek Vista Development," recorded March 24, 1995, by Instrument Number 95-046535 at the Office of the County Recorder, for$116,000.00. The County Auditor-Controller is hereby DIRECTED to issue a check in favor of Old Republic Title Company, 3000 Clayton Road, Concord,CA 94519, Escrow No. 375709,for $163,180.00 for said property for payment to Grantors, upon their conveying to the County a Deed therefor. The Board hereby FINDS that the proposed acquisition will not have a significant effect on the environment and that it has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA guidelines Section 15061 {b}(3). This Board DIRECTS the Director of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to arrange for payment of a$25.00 handling fee to the County Clerk and a $25.00 fee to Community Development for processing of the Notice of Exemption.
