Code § 25365) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 20031 20 approving the Notice of Intention to exchange County's interest in real property with the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (CCCSD) for CCCSD's installation of a pipeline within the San Ramon Transportation Corridor (SRTC). Project No.4585-6G5575 San Ramon Area, District III The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board intends to exchange with CCCSD an easement in County-owned real property described in Exhibits "A" and °B," and shown in Exhibits "A-1" and "B-1" for the Quitclaim of an easement in land of equal value described in Exhibits "C" and "D," and shown in Exhibits "C-1" and °D-1," in accordance with the terms and conditions of the easement to be approved at the hearing. The County's interest in the real property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" and shown in Exhibits "A-1" and "13-1," is not required for County use and the exchange is for an interest in property of equal value. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, January 21, 2003, at 9:30 am in the Board's Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this exchange of property interest by a four-fifths vote.
