Uilkema, Contra Costa County Supervisor, since her election to the Board in 1996; and 4WEREAS, Michael Barry Eisenberg was knowledgeable in the workings of the County and a master at getting things accomplished; and CEREAS, Michael Barry Eisenberg played an instrumental part in the creation of many outstanding programs including First Night Martinez, Weed and Seed — Fest County, the Rodeo RedevelopmenVWIest County Revitalization Project, and the Alhambra Creek Watershed Project; and 9WEREAS, Michael Karry Eisenberg always promoted the advancement of technology throughout County offices; and WHEREAS, Michael harry Eisenberg had great respect for all people and was always willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution to a problem; and WHEREAS, Michael Barry Eisenberg was a cherished member of the Contra Costa County family and an esteemed friend and colleague to many; NOW,, 7HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors does hereby honor Mr`chael Barry Eisenberg for his many years of service and dedication to the people of Contra Costa County by naming him County Employee of the Year 2002.
