ACKNOWLEDGE that adoption of a new Master Resolution with a complete roster of all appointments is required by Board policy whenever terms expire or new appointments are made. ". REAPPOINT Supervisor Gayle B. Uilkema as the Board's representative, and Supervisor John Gioia as the Board's alternate representative to the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) to new terms ending October 31, 2003. . INDICATE that this RESOLUTION supersedes in its entirety the Resolution No. 2002/423, which was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on September 10, 2002.
