Mead as part of the County's Affordable Housing Program. Certain real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for $385,837.00, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Buyer's Purchase Agreement for Affordable Units, Somerset Homes Development," recorded April 15, 1994, by Instrument Number 94-105285, at the Office of the County Recorder. This Board will meet on September 10, 2002, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California,to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063. Reserving unto the Grantor: All oil, gas, casinghead gasoline and other hydrocarbon substances of any kind below a point 500 feet below the surface of the lands, together with the right to take, remove, pass through and dispose of all said oil, gas, casinghead gasoline and other hydrocarbon and mineral substances, but without any rights whatsoever to enter upon the surface of said land or upon any part of said lands within 500 feet from the surface thereof.
