ACKNOWLEDGE that the Board of Supervisors adopted a policy on Board Member Committee Assignments on March 21, 2000. 2. ACKNOWLEDGE that adoption of a new Master Resolution with a complete roster of all appointments is required by Board policy whenever terms expire or new appointments are made. 3. APPOINT Ed', Balico as the Board of Supervisors representative to the Bay Area Water Transit Authority's Community Advisory Committee and UPDATE Attachments 1 and 11 of this resolution to reflect this appointment and the August 6, 2002 appointment of Supervisor DeSaulnier to the Library Needs Assessment Steering Committee. 4. INDICATE that this RESOLUTION supersedes in its entirety the Resolution No. 2002/333, which was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on June 4, 2002. 5. RESOLVE that Board Members as named are APPOINTED to serve on Board committees, special county committees and regional boards/committees/commissions as specified on Attachment I for Internal Committees, on Attachment II for Regional Committees, Attachment III for Special Restriction Committees, and Attachment IV for Ad Hoc Committees.
