The Public Works Director having reported that on February 25, 1992,the Board accepted a Grant Deed of Development Rights from Michael J. Brown and Lynne M. Brown (owners), as a requirement for Minor Subdivision 19-89,Byron area. (District III) On the recommendation ofthe Public Works Director,IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that the Chairperson is AUTHORIZED to execute the following "Quitclaim Deed" of the development rights to"all of Parcels"B"of Subdivision MS 19-89 filed February 28, 1992,in Book 157 of Parcel Maps,Page 47."The document was prepared by the Public Works Department. Being a portion of Parcel "B"as shown on the map of Minor Subdivision 19-89,recorded in Book 157 of Maps at page 46, Contra Costa County Records.
