OFFER OF DEDICATION-ROAD PURPOSES
RICHARD R.and GAIL I.ZAVALA,TRE,the undersigned,being the present title owner ofrecord
of the herein described parcel of land,do hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication to Contra
Costa County, a political subdivision of the State of California and its successors or assigns, for
street, highway landscaping and other related purposes, including maintenance thereof, the real
property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, as describ9d in Exhibit "A"
(written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat map) attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that Contra Costa County and its successors or assigns shall incur no
liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any responsibility for the
offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein,until such offer has been accepted by
appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors,or of the local governing bodies of its successors or
assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of Contra Costa County and it successors or assigns
and will be binding upon the title owner of record and that owner's heirs, successors or assigns.

Real property in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa, State of
California, being a portion of the Rancho Las Juntas, described as follows:
PARCEL 1 (Fee)
Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel B as shown b1n the map of
Subdivision No. 4856 filed October 20, 1976, in Book 190 of Maps at page 46,
being also a point on the southwesterly right of way line of the Old County Road
leading from Martinez to Pacheco; thence from said Point of Beginning along
said right of way line south 29°40'41" east 99.86 feet (30.439 meters) (the
bearing of south 29°40'41" east being used as the basis for this description) to
the north line of the parcel of land described in the deed to Warren W. Prettyman,
et ux, recorded December 2, 1940 in Book 533 of Official Records at Page 364;
thence along said north line (538 OR 364) south 77058'19" west 11.99 feet
(3.656 meters) to a point which shall hereinafter be referred to as Point "A";
thence leaving said north line north 28°52'55" west 99.99 feet (30.479 meters) to
the south line of said Parcel B (190 M 46); thence along said south line north
80050'05" east 10.72 feet (3.267 meters) to the Point of Beginning.
Containing an area of 1,075 square feet (100 square meters) of land, more or
less.
Bearings are based on the California Coordinate System of 1983 (CCS83), Zone
Ill. Distances given are grid distances; multiply grid distances by a factor of
