[CP#01-75] Project No.: 4070-6G5173 Pinole Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: It intends to transfer to the Pinole Redevelopment Agency, County-owned real property,commonly known as the West County Animal Shelter located at 651 Pinole Shores Drive, Pinole; California, APN 402-220-021 and described in Exhibit "A' attached hereto, in exchange for the Pinole Redevelopment Agency-owned real property located at San Pablo Avenue&Sunnyview Drive, San Pablo,California and identified as a.portion of APN 402-240-017, described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, plus the sum of $207,384.40, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Joint Powers Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and the Pinole Redevelopment Agency,dated January 22,2002. A copy of said agreement is on file in the County Administrators Office. This Board will meet on May 14, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California,to consummate this exchange and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times at least one week prior to the exchange pursuant to Government Code Section 6061. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
