Code § 25365) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2002/24.4 to quitclaim real property to the Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District. [CPQ# 02-37] Project No. 4500-6G0015 Moraga/Orinda Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto, for fire station sites. Said properties passed to the Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District as part of the LAFCO reorganization process on October 25, 1996. In order to perfect title to Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District, the District is requesting the County to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the District. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the Quitclaim of said property to Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District, pursuant to Government Code Section 25365 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County.
