The following document was presented for Board approval for Jones Road,road acceptance file LP 2099-95 property located in the Pleasant Hill area, Supervisorial District IV. A Road Improvement Agreement with Phelps Program Management, LLC, principal, whereby said principal agrees to complete all improvements,as required in said road improvement agreement, within one year from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist of a traffic signal, drainage improvements, concrete sidewalk and handicap ramps.
