Knopoff and Jean A. Knopoff, Co-Trustees of the Knopoff Family Trust dated October 12, 1999,for County road purposes,the real property described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto,for$279,663.56, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and Leon M. Knopoff and Jean A. Knopoff, Co- Trustees, dated December 12, 2001, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said agreement is on file in the Public Works Department.
