Contra Costa County Public Works Department Engineering Services Division Return to: Public Works Department Engineering Services Division THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on March 6,2001 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Gioia, Gerber, DeSaulnier, Glover and Uilkema NOES: None ABSENT:None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.: 2001/91 SUBJECT: Accept Completion of Improvements and Accept Completion of Warranty Period, for LUP 2054-96 and Declare Certain Roads as County Roads, Pacheco area. Assessor's Parcel Number 125-140-006. The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for LUP 2054- 96 have been completed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement with Resources for Community Development; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned improvements are ACCEPTED as complete with no deposited security; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of March 6, 2000 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Aspen Drive is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County road; the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument,recorded on July 18, 1997,Document Number DOC-97-0125549-00 of Official Records. BE IT FURTER RESOLVED that the improvements have also satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for the period following completion and acceptance. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the warranty period has been completed.
