HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01012001 - 2001-87 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on March 6, 2001 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Gioia, Gerber, DeSaulnier, Glover and Uilkema NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 2001/87 (S & H § 8355) Subject: Property Exchange Marciel Road - Tassajara Area CP# 00-63 Project No. 0676-6Q1857 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On March 6, 2001 the Board adopted Resolution No2001L84 which vacated a portion of Marciel Road in the Tassajara area. This Board hereby DETERMINES. that said land, described in Exhibit "A" and shown as Exhibit "B" attached hereto, was previously subject to a street or highway, and is no longer needed by the public. Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355, the Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance of said property to Wiedemann Properties and AUTHORIZES the Chair to sign a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County. The County Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said deed recorded on behalf of the grantee in the Office of the County Recorder. In exchange for the Quitclaim Deed referenced above, the Board hereby ACCEPTS the Grant Deed from Wiedemann Properties dated December 7, 2000 that correctly describes the actual roadway of Marciel Road.
