Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Real Property to the State of California in connection with the State Highway 4/ Bailey Road Interchange Project. Project No.4660-6X4158 Pittsburg Area CDD-CP# 90-6 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on January 23, 2001, passed Resolution No. 2001/32 and Notice fixing February 13, 2001 at 9:00 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to the State of California; said Notice was duly published in the Contra Costa Times. This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, conveys the property acquired for said project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cooperative Agreement on file in the Public Works Department. This Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance between Contra Costa County and the State of California, and the conveyance of the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed to the State of California on behalf of the County, and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the grantee for acceptance and recording. The Public Works Director is hereby AUTHORIZED to sign the Grand Deed on behalf of the County.
