CP# 00-71. Project No. 4660-6X4158 Pittsburg Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property by Final Order of Condemnation on April 9, 1997, Series # 97-0058641-00, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for highway purposes. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for County purposes. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property to San Francisco Bay Area RapidTransit District, pursuant to Streets & Highways Code Section 960 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the County in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cooperative Agreement on file in the Public Works Department. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grant Deed to be delivered to the grantee.
