THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION NO.: 2001/213
SUBJECT: Approving Quitclaim Deed.
The Public Works Director having reported that on February 25, 1992, the Board accepted
a Grant Deed of Development Rights from Michael J. Brown and Lynne M. Brown(owners), as a
requirement for Minor Subdivision 19-89.
On the recommendation of the Public Works Director,IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED
that the Chairperson is AUTHORIZED to execute the following "Quitclaim Deed" of the
development rights to"all of Parcels "A" and "B" of Subdivision MS 19-89 filed February 28, 1992,
in Book 157 of Parcel Maps, Page 47." The document was prepared by the Public Works
Department.
Being a portion of Parcels "A" and"B" as shown on the map of Minor Subdivision 19-89,
recorded in Book 157 of Maps at page 46, Contra Costa County Records.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action
taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the
date shown.

QUITCLAIM DEED OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the County of Contra
Costa, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereby remises, releases and forever
quitclaims to Michael J. Brown and Lynne M. Brown, his wife as joint tenants, all of its right,
title and interest in the real property, specifically "development rights" as defined in the deed to
the County of Contra Costa, recorded February 28, 1992, in Series No. 92-45606, 17268 or 426,
Contra Costa County Records, State of California; over those certain parcels of land, situated in
Contra Costa County, being all of "Parcels" "A" and "B", of Subdivision MS 19-89 filed
February 28, 1992, in Book 157 of Parcel Maps,page 47, Contra Costa County Records, State of
California, described more particularly in Exhibit"A," attached hereto and made a part hereof.
No transfer tax due. This is a quitclaim of development rights only.
