No. 1600 Alamo Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This summary vacation of an excess right of way of a street or highway no longer required for street or highway purposes, is made pursuant to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 8330, et. seq. A description of the portion to be vacated is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. This vacation request is based on the fact that the street or highway has been superseded by relocation (S. & H. Project Description: The project consists of the vacation of a 30-foot roadway easement that extends through portions of lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 in Subdivision 4434. Contra Costa County no longer needs the easement and wishes to terminate it. The road was relocated and all utilities are now at the new location. Project Location; The project is located on Las Quebradas, in the south county area near the Town of Alamo (Figures 1 — 5).
