ACKNOWLEDGE that the Board of Supervisors adopted a policy on Board Member Committee Assignments on March 21, 2000. 2. ACKNOWLEDGE that adoption of a new Master Resolution with a complete roster of all appointments is required by Board policy whenever terms expire or new appointments are made. 3. INDICATE that this RESOLUTION supersedes in its entirety the Order on appointments, which was last adopted by the Board of Supervisors on October 11, 2000. 4. CONCUR with the appointment of one Alternate to the City/County Relations Committee and two Alternates to the Contra Costa Transit Authority(OCTA), the terms of which will correspond to the terms of the primary seats. 5. ESTABLISH A CAPITAL FACILITIES PLANNING COMMITTEE and APPOINT the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board of Supervisors for a one-year term ending December 31, 2001. 6. RESOLVE that Board Members as named are APPOINTED to serve on Board committees, special county committees and regional boards/ committees/ commissions as specified on Attachment l for Internal Committees, on Attachment II for Regional Committees and on Attachment III for Special Restriction Committees.
