Box 222 Martinez, CA 94553 Dear Mr. Copeland: In accordance with Section 37A of the Letter of Understanding between the County and Local No. One, the Duman Resources Department has completed its review of the Legal Desk in the Office of Revenue Collection. Based on the review, it was agreed that a five percent (5%) differential be paid to the employee assigned to perform the duties of the Legal Desk, effective November 1, 2000.
