Carol A. Davis,Trustee of the Davis Family Trust, is the owner of the parcels of land shown on the parcel map for Subdivision MS980015, filed , in Book of Parcel Maps at page (the "Property") b. The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors has granted approval for the parcel map of Subdivision MS980015, involving a property crossed by a creek known to have unstable banks. C.
