Overaa & Company for Health Services Department purposes, the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for$800,000.00, in accordance with the terms and conditions (Option to Purchase provision) of the Lease and subsequent settlement issues between the County of Contra Costa and the C. Overaa & Company, dated December 19, 1995, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said Lease is on file in the Public Works Department. This Board will meet on September 12, 2000, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063. This Board hereby FINDS that the proposed project not have a significant effect on the environment, and that it has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA guidelines Article 5, Section 15061 (b)(3).
