Said properties are DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for road purposes and are required by for the Specific Plan of the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Station. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said properties to the Redevelopment Agency, pursuant to Government Code Section 25365 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the County in consideration for the payment received in full in the amount of$289,396.00 the estimated fair market value of the properties.
