THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on July 25, 2000 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO.: 2000/361
SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 8104,
Danville/Tassajara area.
The following documents were presented for Board approval this date:
I. Map
The Final Map of Subdivision 8104,property located in the Danville/Tassajara area,
said map having been certified by the proper officials;
II. Subdivision Agreement
A subdivision agreement with Braddock and Logan 11, a California Limited
Partnership, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all
improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within one year from the
date of said agreement. Accompanying said subdivision agreement is security
guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows:
A. Cash Deposit
Deposit amount: $1,460.00
Deposit made by: Braddock and Logan II, a California Limited Partnership
Auditor's Deposit Permit No. and Date: 350255 dated May 17, 2000
B. Surety Bond/Letter of Credit
Bond Company: Insurance Company of the West
Bond Number and Date: 1721364, dated May 12, 2000
Performance Amount: $144,540.00
Labor&Materials Amount: $73,000.00
Principal: Braddock and Logan II, a California Limited Partnership

SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 8104,
Danville/Tassajara area.

III. Tac Letter
Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes
heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1999-2000 tax
lien has been paid in full and the 2000-2001 tax lien,which became a lien on the first
day of January 2000, is estimated to be $7,500.00, with security guaranteeing
payment of said tax lien as follows:
• Tax Surety
Bond Company: Insurance Company of the West
Bond Number and Date: 1721363 dated May 10, 2000
Amount: $7,500.00
Principal: Braddock and Logan II, a California Limited Partnership
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision,together with the provisions
for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and
specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not
accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as
dedicated to public use.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement is also APPROVED.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on
the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
