The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Final Map of Subdivision 8166, property located in the Byron area, said map having been certified by the proper officials, II. Subdivision Agreement A subdivision agreement with Talisman Realty Group, Inc., dba Hofmann Land Development, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said subdivision agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Bond Amount: $11,300.00 Auditor's Deposit Permit No. and Date: 348304,April 11, 2000 By: Talisman Realty Group, Inc., dba Hofmann Land Development Federal Tax Identification Number: 68-0419482 State Tax Identification Number: 2118258 B. Surety Bond Bond Company: The American Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: 11119463740, April 25, 2000 Performance Amount: $1,174,400.00 Labor&Materials Amount: $593,150.00 Principal: Talisman Realty Group,Inc., dba Hofmann Land Development RESOLUTION NO. : 2000/234 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 8165, in the Byron area. DATE: May 16, 2000 PAGE -2- IIL Tax Letter Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1999-2000 tax lien has been paid in full. The 2000-2001 tax lien,which became a lien on the first day of January 2000,is estimated to be$10,700.00. Security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien was presented, in the form of a rider to the tax bond previously accepted for Subdivision 7686 by this Board on March 7, 2000 as follows: Tax Surety Bond Company: The American Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: 11119463500, April 25, 2000 Rider Reviewed and Approved by County Treasurer-Tax Collector on April 25, 2000. NOW THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING IS RESOLVED: 1. Said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; 2. Said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. 3. Said subdivision agreement is APPROVED. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
