HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01012000 - 2000-179 200, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 18, 2000 by the following vote: AYES: SUPERVISORS GIOIA, UILKEMA, DESAULNIER, CANCIAMILIA AND GERBER NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE RESOLUTION NO.: 2000/179 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 7451, in the El Sobrante area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Final Map of Subdivision 7451, property located in the El Sobrante area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; II. Subdivision Agreement A subdivision agreement with Firas Jandali and Ameena Jandali, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said subdivision agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $2,500.00 Deposit made by: JEDCO, Inc. Auditor's Deposit Permit No. and Date: DP 330245 dated April 13, 1999 and DP 343490 dated January 11, 2000. B. Surety Bond Bond Company: American Contractors Indemnity Company Bond Number and Date: 87463 dated December 15, 1999 Performance Amount: $245,600.00 Labor& Materials Amount: $245,600.00 Principal: JEDCO, Inc. r ' SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE FINAL MAP AND SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR SUBDIVISION 7451, IN THE EL SOBRANTE AREA. DATE: APRIL 18, 2000 PAGE -2- III. Tax Letter Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1999-2000 tax lien has been paid in full and the 2000-2001 tax lien,which became a lien on the first day of January, 2000, is estimated to be $4,400.00, with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows: • Tax Surety Bond Company: American Contractors Indemnity Company Bond Number and Date: 88039, February 1, 2000 Amount: $4,400.00 Principal: JEDCO Consulting Engineers, Inc. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement is also APPROVED.
