The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
Pursuant to the April 1, 2000 Interagency Agreement Between the Housing Authority of
the County of Contra Costa and the County of Contra Costa (the "County") to accept the Weed
and Seed Program and the Truancy Reduction Program, the County is responsible to employ
the Weed and Seed Program Coordinator.
The Employment and Human Services Department, having reviewed the personnel
records of the employee opting for County employment, recommends the transfer of the
Housing Authority employee into County service in accordance with Part 16 of the Personnel
Management Regulations:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County does hereby
authorize:
1) The addition of the following position:
One (1) 40/40 Administrative Services Assistant III (APTA) to cost center#5230
2) The transfer of the Housing Authority Family self-sufficiency Coordinator/Analyst, Suzanne
Linford, into the Contra Costa County Merit System, in the above position, effective
April 1, 2000, with a seniority date of September 1, 1998, at a pay level of$4764, per
month. In addition, Ms. Linford will be entitled to the transfer of any outstanding accrual
balances and enrollment in the Contra Costa County benefit programs.
