The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision MS 63-52 have been completed as provided in the Substitute Subdivision Agreement with The Pringle Group heretofore approved by this Board on May 4, 1993, in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
