HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011999 - 99-214 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 27, 1999, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Gioia, Uilkema, Gerber, DeSaulnier ane' Canciamilla NOES: None ABSENT:None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 99/ 214 (S & H § 8355) Subject: Conveyance of County Surplus Real Property to the West Contra Costa Unified School District San Pablo Area Project No. 0676-6P1600 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On April 27, 1999, the Board adopted Resolution No.99/24 , which vacated Ashbrook Drive in the San Pablo area. This Board hereby DETERMINES that said land, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was previously subject to a street, highway or public service easement, and is no longer needed by the public. Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355, the Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance of said property to West Contra Costa Unified School District and AUTHORIZES the Chair to sign a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered to grantee.
