Arnold Drive, Martinez, California Project No. 0929-4414-ACQ WH414B Martinez, Area RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: It intends to consider the purchase from .lay Property Systems, Inc. for County Summit Center Parking Facilities expansion purposes, the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for $2.3 Million. This Board will meet on January 11, 2040 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consider the consummation of this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 5063.
