Subdivision 8250 Project No. 0651-61-077E Rodeo The Public Works Director having reported that on September 14, 1999, the Board accepted a Grant Deed of Development Rights from Schuler Homes of California, Inc., described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, in lieu of complying with certain conditions of approval for Development Number 8250. On the recommendation of the Community Development Director, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Chairperson is AUTHORIZED to execute the following "Quitclaim Deed" of the development rights to "Schuler Homes of California Inc." The document was prepared by the Public Works Department, Real Property Division. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Quitclaim Deed to be delivered to the grantee.
