This Board hereby approves the recommendation,of the Public Works Director that the Board leer

At the public hearing, the Board afforded to every interested person an opportunity to make e
protest tothe annual report either in writing or orally, and the Board hasconsidered each protest.

The Board hereby ADOPTS the Mai t,.ngineees Report and hereby levies the street light service
charges,to be placed on the tax rolls set forth therein for fiscal year 999-2000.
