The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Final Map of Subdivision 8174,property located in the Walnut Creek area,said map having been certified by the proper officials; H. Subdivision Agreement A Subdivision Agreement with Cherry Lane Associates, Ltd., subdivider,whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $2,500 Deposit made by: Cherry Lane Associates,Ltd.,Tax I.D. #68-0188489 Auditors Deposit Permit No. and Date: 318691 (August 20, 1998) B. Surety Bond/Letter of Credit Bond Company: Reliance Surety Company Bond Number and Date: P 2794489 (September 1, 1998) Performance Amount: $247,700 Labor&Materials Amount: $125,100 Principal: Cherry Lane Associates, Ltd. SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 8174,Walnut Creek area. DATE: September 22, 1998 PAGE -2- 2. II. Tax Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1997-1998 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1998-1999 tax lien,which became alien on the first day of January 1998,is estimated to be$6,000,with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows: Tax Surety Bond Company: Reliance Surety Company Bond Number and bate: P 2794490 (Augpst 17, 1998) Amount: $6,000 Principal: Cherry Lane Associates, Ltd. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision,together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERNUNED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
