We are the owners of Lot 9 of Subdivision 4492 located at 9020 Double Tree Lane, Livermore, California, as described in the Deed to us, recorded February 11, 1998, Series 98028 of Official Records at page 126 (the"Property"). b. We have obtained LUP 2026-98. Permitting us to construct a second residence with boat and recreational vehicle storage. C.
