Code §8330 at. seq.) SUBJECT: VACATION OF A PORTION OF HIGH STREET W.O. 4345 Pacheco Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This summary vacation of an excess right of way of a street or highway no longer required for street or highway purposes, is made pursuant to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 8330, at. seq. A description of the portion to be vacated is described in Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit `B" attached hereto and is located in the Pacheco area. This vacation request is for an excess right-of-way of a street or highway not required for street or highway purposes (S. & H. Code Section 8334). This vacation request is part of a larger project for which the Board REVIEWED and APPROVED on March 9, 1998, and ADOPTED the Negative Declaration pursuant to State law and County CEQA guidelines.
