Anderson Living Trust, under agreement dated September 24, 1976, as to an undivided 3/6 interest; Arthur L. Anderson, married man, as his sole and separate property, as to an undivided 1/6 interest; Albert W. Anderson, a single man, as to an undivided 1/6 interest; and Andrew P.
