HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011998 - 1998-149 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on March 24, 1998, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Uilkema, Gerber, DeSaul.nier, Canciamilla, Rogers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.: 98/149 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 8075,Walnut Creek area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Final Map of Subdivision 8075,property located in the Walnut geek area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; II. Subdivision Agreement A Subdivision Agreement with Mardel,L.L.C., subdivider,whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is accompanied by security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $3,700 Deposit made by: Mardel LLC Auditors Deposit Permit No. and date: 310383 (March 11, 1998) B. Surety Bond/Letter of Credit Bond Company: Reliance Surety Company Bond Number and bate: P 2745318 (March 24, 1998) Performance Amount: $311,300 Labor& Materials Amount: $157,500 Principal: Mardel L.L.C. SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 8075,Walnut Creek area. DATE: March 24, 1998 PACE -2- 111. Tax Letter Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1997198 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1998/99 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of January 1998, is estimated to be $3,500, with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien in the form of a cash deposit by Delco Builders, Auditor's Deposit Permit Number 310269, dated March 10, 1998. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision,together with the provisions for its design and improvement,is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets,paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Warks Department.
