HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011998 - 1998-140 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on March 24, 1998,by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Ililkema, Gerber, BeSaulnier, Canciamilla, Rogers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.: 9 SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map and Completion of Improvements for Subdivision MS 9-95, Walnut Creek area. The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for MS 9-95, being developed by Winship Lane L.P.,a California Limited Partnership, have been completed and that such improvements have been constructed without the need for a subdivision agreement. The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that these improvements have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies,for which a 51,000 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 310681, dated March 17, 1998) was made by Winship Lane L.P., to insure correction of minor deficiencies. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 9-95,property located in the Walnut Creek area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; II. Tax Letter Letter from the County Tax Collector statim;that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1997/98 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1998/99 tax lien,which became a lien on the first day of January, 1998, is estimated to be$3,600,with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows: III. Tax Surety Bond Company: United Pacific Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: U2746544(March 4, 1998) Amount: $3,600 Principal: Winship Lane, L.P. c.lr� SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map and Completion of Improvements for Subdivision MS 9-95, Walnut Creek area. DATE: March 24, 1998 PAGE -2- NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision,together with the provisions for its design and improvement,is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets,paths,or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of May 1, 1997. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no warranty period required. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Warks Department.
