RESOLUTION NO. 98/137
SUBJECT: In the Matter of the Specific Plan for the Amended Precise }
Alignment Plan for the State Route 4 Bypass )
County File#SP98-0001 )
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
There is filed with this Board and its Clerks copy of Resolution No. 8-1998 adopted by the
East County Regional Planning Commission which discusses the Specific Plan for the
State Route 4 Bypass Amended Precise Alignment Plan (County File#SP 98-0001).
Can Tuesday, March 24, 1998, the Board held a public hearing on said Specific Plan
discussed by the East County Regional Planning Commission, Resolution#5-1998. Notice
of said hearing was duly given in the manner required by law. At the hearing, the Board
called for testimony of all persons interested in this matter. No members of the public
spoke on the proposed action.
The Board closed the public hearing, CERTIFIED that the Final EIR and Addendum was
prepared consistent with State and County CEQA Guidelines and the Board considered
the information contained in the EIR and Addendum prior to making a decision on the
Specific Plan;
Further, the Board ADOPTED the Specific Plan for the State Route 4 Bypass Amended
Precise Alignment Plan as recommended by the East County Regional Planning
Commission and DIRECTED the Community Development Department to File a Notice
of Determination with the County Clerk.
