HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011998 - 1998-127 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on March 24, 1998,by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Uilkema, Gerber, DeSaulnier, Canciamilla, Rogers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.:98/127 SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for Minor Subdivision 7-97, Oakley area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Parcel Map of MS 7-97, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; Ii. Subdivision Agreement A Subdivision Agreement with Main Street Apartments, Inc., subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $1,000 Deposit made by: Ecumenical Assoc. for Housing dba Martin Mackey Dev. Auditors Deposit Permit No. and Date: 310681 (March 17, 1998) B. Surety Bond Bond Company: Redland Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: RED 1019943 Performance Amount: $59,621.00 Labor& Materials Amount: $30,311.00 Principal: Main Street Apartments, Inc. SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for Minor Subdivision 7-97, Oakley area. DATE: March 24, 1998 PAGE -2- Ill. Tax Letter Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1997198 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1998199 tax lien,which became a lien on the first day of January, 1998, is estimated to be$2,800, with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows: A. Tax Surety Assessors Deposit Permit Na, and Date: 310422 (March 12, 1998) Amount: $2,800 Paid by: Main Street Apartments, Inc. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement,is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets,paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
