RESOLUTION NO.: 974138
SUBJECT: Approval of Extension of subdivision agreement for Minor Subdivision 26-91,
Walnut Creep area.
The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized to execute the second
agreement extension which extends the subdivision agreement between Ted and Elizabeth M. Enea
and the County for construction of certain improvements in Minor Subdivision 26091, Walnut Creek
area, through November 8, 1997;

APPROXIMATE PERCENTAGE OF WORK COMPLETE: 90
• ANTICIPATED DATE OF COMPLETION: March 31, 1997
• REASON FOR EXTENSION: Original contractor would not commit to completing the
punch list items of work in a timely fashion. Until recently, Mr. and Mrs. Enea have been
unsuccessful in locating any contractors who would contract for the last few items of work.
IT IS BY TIS BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director
is APPROVED.
