Pico Trust U/A, dated December 30, 1986, for County Hospital purposes, the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for $100,000.00, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement between Contra Costa County and the grantor, and Asphalt Striping, Inc., the tenant, signed Janueary 10, 1997, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said Agreement is on file in the Public Works Department. This Board hereby APPROVES the activity and FINDS the activity will not have a significant effect on the environment and that it has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (b)(3). The purchase conforms to the City of Martinez general plan. This Board will meet on March 4, 1997 at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
