HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 12161997 - 97-699 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 16, 1997 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Uilkema, Gerber, Canciamilla, DeSaulnier NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.: 97/699 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map for Subdivision 7452, Danville area. Subdivision 7452 is partly within the Town of Danville and the County. The subdivision road and drainage improvements will be privately maintained upon completion. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Final Map of Subdivision 7452, property located in the Danville area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; H. Subdivision Agreement A Subdivision Agreement with Corrie Development Corporation, subdivider, whereby said Subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit Amount: $8,801 Deposit Made By: Corrie Development Corporation Auditors Deposit Permit No. and Date: 305931 (December- 15, 1997) B. Surety Bond Bond Company: Great American Insurance Co. Bond Number and Date: 2904491 (December 11, 1997) Performance Amount: $871,299 Labor and Materials Amount: $435,650 Principal: Corrie Development Corporation SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map for Subdivision 7452, Danville area. DATE: December 16, 1997 PAGE -2- III. Tax Letter Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the current 1997/98 tax lien has been paid in full. , NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's General and Specific Plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
