THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on December 17, 1996 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Canciamilla and Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO.:96/549
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Minor
Subdivision 17-92, Moraga area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Minor
Subdivision 17-92 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Moraga
76.15 heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of December 17, 1996,thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in
case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED the payment(labor and materials) surety for$62,900, Bond
No. 184727 S issued by Developer's Insurance Company be RETAINED for the six month lien
guarantee period until June 17, 1997, at which time the Clerk of the Board is AUTHORIZED to
release the surety less the amount of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Camino Pablo is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County Road;the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded
on October 26, 1995,in Parcel Map Book 167, at page 48, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
State of California.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby
established, and the$1,300 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 262719, dated June 21, 1995)
made by Moraga 76.15 and the performance/maintenance surety for$124,500, Bond No. 184727
S issued by Developer's Insurance Company be RETAINED pursuant to the requirements of Section
94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code until released by this Board.
