THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on February 28, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 9 5/83
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision MS 93-89, El Sobrante Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
MS 93-89 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with David Wilson and
Derek Wilson heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision
Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of
August 30, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case
of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of La Paloma Road is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument,
recorded on August 7, 1991, in Volume 153 of Official Records on page 32.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is
hereby established for the improvements to La Paloma Road and those portions of the drainage
system which are public, and the$1000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 192156, dated
June 21, 1991) made by David Wilson as well as the before mentioned surety be RETAINED for
one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code. The one year
warranty period shall expire on August 30, 1995.
