HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 02141995 - 95-64 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on February 14, 1995 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/64 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement (for Right of Way Landscaping) for Subdivision 7809, Oakley Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 7809, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials. A subdivision agreement (for Right of Way Landscaping) with Kaufman and Broad, subdivider whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from date of said agreement; I. Security to guarantee the completion of right of way landscaping as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 255895, dated January 30, 1995 in the amount of$1,000 made by Kaufman and Broad. B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated January 24, 1995, and issued by The American Insurance Company (Bond No. 11133170925 ) with Kaufman and Broad as principal, in the amount of $68,464 for faithful performance and $34,232 for labor and materials. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1994-95 tax lien has been paid in full. All road and drainage improvements required for this subdivision by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code are covered by a subdivision agreement for Subdivision 6935 with Kaufman and Broad and corresponding security approved by this Board October 11, 1994. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERNE[NED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
