HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011993 - 1993-519 File 135-9210/B.4 . 1 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order of August 17, 1993 by the following vote AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson NOES• None ABSENT;' None RESOLUTION NO. 93/519 SUBJECT': Approving Plans and Specifications for Remodeling : 1301 and 1313 Cutting ' Boulevard, Richmond (CP' #92,-83)' ' Budget Line Item, No. 4419-4373 Authorization No 0928-WH3738 WHEREAS plans and specifications for Remodeling 1301 and 1313 Cutting Boulevard, Richmond,' have been filed with the Board this day by the Director of General Services; and WHEREAS ' plans and specifications were prepared by Wilson, Wilson & Associates, Inc. ; and WHEREAS the cost estimate for the initial construction' contract is $375,000.00; ; and WHEREAS the Beard has obtained the general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum rates paid on this project; and WHEREAS the Board hereby finds that the project is exempt from Environmental Impact Report requirements as a Class la Categorical Exemption under County; Guidelines and directs the Director of General Services to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk; IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that said plans and specifications are hereby APPROVED.
