HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011993 - 1993-502 1.36 BOAR© OF SUPERVISORS OF 'CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on August1.7, 1993 by the following votes AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 93/502 AMEND attachment E to Board Resolution 93/465 as follows: Removes from positions, to be abolished positions #85-00112, 85-00030, and 85-00027. Deletes positions #85-00114 and 85-00041. Delays abolishment of position #85-00014 from September 3, 1993 to November 3, 1993. Adds a part-time Library Clerk 11. The Personnel Department requested the substitution of position X85-00114 for 85-00112. In addition, abolishment of position 85-00014 is being delayed due to an early retirement. This action will eliminate a lay-off. Position #85-00030(Branch Librarian)'is being funded through the City of Orinda and the Orinda Friends of the Library. Due to Library reorganization a vacant Senior Branch 'Librarian (#85- 00041) is #85-00041)'is being eliminated and a Branch Librarian (#85-00027) is being retained.
