WHEREAS County Service Area EM'-1 has been established to provide enhanced emergency medical services as miscellaneous extended services'pursuant to the County Service Area Law (Government Code Sections 25210.1 and following) WHEREAS the Board, on August 3, 1993, held a public hearing and thereafter adopted Resolution No. 93/479 confirming the Tentative Report for CSA EM-1, Fiscal Year 1993-94 and declaring its intent to levy and collect assessments set forth therein; and WHEREAS the Tentative Report has been revised to conform to the official 1993-94 assessment roll and filed as the Final Report for CSA EM-11, 'Fiscal Year 1993-94 pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 1012-2.612; BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors hereby confirms the Final Report for CSA EM-1, 'Fisca'l Year 1993-94, and hereby levies the service charges identified therein as assessments for fiscal year 1993-94.
